This calls for a celebration. Rethink2gether‘s goal for December is to give you wonderful holiday recipes that are environmentally friendly and leave your guests raving. This month’s recipes feature lychee, white potato, red cabbage, and tangy oranges! We hope you love these recipes that will help you spend less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying the holiday season.

Lychee sorbet is a delicate, fresh, and sweet treat. Sorbets are perfect after a big meal and have less sugar than regular ice cream. Sorbets are also easy to make in an ice cream maker or in a metal cake pan until ready to serve.

This recipe has no food wasted,  making this sorbet an all-around winner. 

Food storage tip: Keep your lychees in the fridge! They will last twice as long as at room temperature.
